Single storey rear extension to allow for a larger kitchen and dining area. The original patio area had to be excavated in order to make room for the extension. The paving slabs were removed and stored on site for future use. The extension was constructed in cavity brickwork with a low profile roof with two rooflights. The existing kitchen was removed and the opening made larger to make an open plan kitchen dining area.
Single Storey Side Extension to increase the size of the existing kitchen. Constructed with a brick outer skin up to the window sill level. The inner wall construction was insulated timber frame, with a rendered exterior finish and mock tudor beams. Internally the walls were plastered to a smooth finish. The original exterior wall was knocked through to create an open plan kitchen diner area. The existing kitchen was removed and a new kitchen installed. A set of French doors were fitted between the new kitchen diner to gain access into a dining room.
